The left box houses 2 drawers with dovetails under the tray and (your choice) 1 large tray for suspended files or 1 door with 1 wooden shelf.
The central drawer has a keyed flap front.
The finish adopted is a light smoked cherry shade. A black lacquer dresses the structure of the furniture. The tray marries a worn white-cream lacquer on the edge, black lacquered areas to the right and left of the leather underside. The alaises and crossbars of the tray are made of chocolate lacquer.
